Exhibition "At the table!": when art meets the ritual of the meal

Until 11 December, Atelier 2 invites you to a unique exhibition entitled "À Table!" , which explores our relationship to food and the ritual of eating through heterogeneous works. From oil painting to textile art, collage, aquatint and ceramics, this exhibition brings together twelve artists who interpret the popular expression "À Table!" creatively and in an original way. Each of them invites us to reflect on the diversity of experiences around the meal, a daily moment yet full of symbols, oscillating between conviviality and solitude, tradition and fantasy, pleasure and disgust. The works presented transport us into universes where food becomes a pretext to question our relationship with the body, sharing and social rituals. The diversity of materials and techniques used testifies to the extent of artistic interpretations around this theme. Twelve artists are participating in this exhibition and offer us their unique vision of the meal:
- Belinda Annaloro
- Armelle Blary
- Chloé Bocquet
- Audrey Dewet
- Victorian Ezard
- Candice Gras
- Luka Hair
- Stéphane Jolivel
- Guillaume Rabjeau
- Salamandra
- Middy Sebolavy
- Céline Tuloup
Each of them explores in its own way the multiple dimensions of this daily act that is the meal, by integrating a personal touch between traditional art and contemporary expression. Don’t miss this exhibition that sets the stage for an artistic reflection on one of the most deeply rooted rituals in our daily lives. Whether you are an art lover or simply curious, "À Table!" promises an extraordinary visual and sensory experience.
