On the agenda:
- Production of flours from different plants
- Making mustard in the old way
- Transformation of semolina grains into couscous by hand
- Making a homemade granola with several grains, seeds, and oils to discover different tastes
At the end of the workshop, you will be able to taste your homemade granola accompanied by a snack!

Au programme :
- Production de farines provenant de différentes plantes
- Confection de moutarde à l’ancienne
- Transformation de grains de semoule en couscous à la main
- Réalisation d’un granola maison avec plusieurs grains, graines et huiles permettant de découvrir différents goûts
À la fin de l'atelier, vous pourrez déguster votre granola maison accompagné d'une collation !

Op de agenda:
- Productie van meel uit verschillende planten
- Mosterd maken op de oude manier
- Omzetting van semolina-korrels in couscous met de hand
- Een zelfgemaakte muesli maken met verschillende granen, zaden en oliën om verschillende smaken te ontdekken
Aan het einde van de workshop kunt u uw zelfgemaakte muesli proeven met een snack!
