At the Museum of Art and Archaeology, come and discover the exhibition "Hand-to-hand - Fights and struggles in sport", in partnership with the Francès Foundation in Senlis, which honours fights on and off the rings on the occasion of the Olympic year.
Guided tours (duration: 45min): - Saturday 21 September: 14h, 15h30 and 17h - Sunday 22 September: 14h, 15h30 and 17h
From 10am to 7pm, the museum is open free of charge.

Installed(Settled) in the old(former) episcopal palace of Senlis, the museum is in the historic heart of the city, nearby immediate of the cathedral. A part(party) of the basement appears as a museum of site where the visitor discovers the vestiges of a Gallo-Roman house on which was built the palace. The other section, a beautiful vault shelters the direction(fabrication) from the spectacular Gallo-Roman whole thanksgiving plaque exhumed during excavations(searches) of the temple of healing of the forest of Halatte. The archaeological collections spread(display) at the ground floor, around monumental one bronze base.
