In the aftermath of the First World War, Henri Queuille, mayor of Neuvic and influential politician, sees in the training of farmers the future of the commune. Several schools for agricultural education were created. Created by decree of July 8, 1926, as a school of rural crafts and then became a technical college in 1941, the institution specializes in agricultural mechanics in 1949\. The new construction, the work of architects Georges Jean and Jean Porte was inaugurated on May 20, 1959 in presence. . He became a vocational high school in 1977\. In June 1959, Georges Muguet, sculptor received a favourable opinion from the commission for the realization of the decoration under the 1% of the establishment. This high-relief shows a couple at work: Ceres and Vulcan. Over the years, the school has built up a real educational collection of agricultural equipment: tractor, harvester, small equipment… The restoration of these rooms is carried out by the Méca club which consists of volunteer
