For the second, the MEC is going green by participating in Rendez-vous aux jardins. This year, the national theme is “the 5 senses”. Come and make your senses vibrate in the medieval garden of the museum and enjoy the animations, deckchairs and roses. Appointment on June 1st from 10h to 12h and 14h to 17h: - 14h30: initiation to yoga - 15h30: initiation to yoga The workshops are free and free. Our garden is a small green space surrounded by walls that allows to appreciate the 14th century building that houses the Emile Chénon Museum. This one is arranged in garden of simple, a medieval garden of aromatic and medicinal plants. We find sage, mint, hyssop, sorrel... enough to delight the nose! In this garden overlooked by a castral cloe, you will find medieval sarcophagi and a masonry well. Take advantage of this place to observe and listen to the insects that come to forage the many flowers of the garden, the birds that come to find refuge in this oasis and, if you are lucky, the squirrels that will enchant you with their games.
