The goal was from the beginning to preserve and occupy this land to put an end to the real estate pressure, starting with planting park trees with large development, then trees of more modest sizes, with the happiness that this provides for enthusiasts and tree lovers. Recently, the creation of massifs has made it possible to connect these trees by planting shrubs, perennials and grasses. Today the garden has about 450 varieties of trees and shrubs, fruit trees, a vegetable garden, a backyard, an apiary.
