Visit of the vegetable garden in squares
Living in vegetable autonomy is more relevant than ever and this is precisely what we live and share around the "Potager en carrés à la Française", a gardening method that allows autonomy for two people with 12 m² of cultivated area. This way of gardening disrupts traditional methods of cultivation and only a visit to the vegetable garden is able to account for the seriousness of the method, the diversity and the quantity of vegetables, aromatic herbs and edible flowers that it allows on such a small area. The visit is accompanied by Anne-Marie Nageleisen, creator of the method, who will introduce visitors to the agro-ecological dimensions of the "Potager en carrés à la Française", the Living Ground and Plants through our senses and the Music of Plants.
