The Majolan Park was redeveloped in 2007 to restore its former charm. The outrages of time have been erased by a team of landscapers, architects, artists… which has managed to reconcile the return to the sources and the necessary adaptations related to the opening of the public. It is listed in the Additional Inventory of Historical Monuments and has been classified as a «Remarkable Garden» since 2010.

Fruit of the work of the landscapist The Breton, this park is a work of art in itself(oneself); the old(former) bridges(decks) extend the present enchanting universe, while caves seem to carry the marks(brands) of an old(former) civilisation. Built on set(group) of prehistoric caverns, an enchanted(delighted) manor seems to take shape by the lake, intriguing and menacing. The said balcony of " the Margaret " offers a panoramic view of the whole park.
