Stroll through this educational garden maintained by the many schoolchildren who come all year long to follow the advice of the gardener. Originally, the current King’s Vegetable Garden was a small part of the castle garden that preceded the new town. At the end of the 17th century, a description evokes fruit trees, two cows in a meadow, a flower bed and an enclosed vegetable garden... In the 19th century, the vegetable garden saw its space shrink to the space we know today, along Rue Toufaire. The City has owned it since 2002. It is currently an educational vegetable garden that welcomes school visits and the general public.
