They are occasional visitors of our garden who tried to convince us that we should show it to the public. As amateur gardeners, we try to give a soul to this garden by combining structure and «let grow in the wild», by combining wild and cultivated plants, by cutting them or by letting them grow, by letting the competition play. The association vegetable and flowery massifs has always fascinated me. The combination of fruit trees with all kinds of other trees also creates a world in itself. We like to share this experience with visitors.

About the location

Jardin champêtre
152, chemin du Quart Rouge, 71700 Ozenay
  • Saône-et-Loire

It is a 4,000 m² garden around a large village house. A wide variety of flowers surrounds the vegetable garden. There are wild plants that marry with cultivated flowers, perennials and annuals forming a rich mosaic of nuances. The garden has a real architecture with mowed paths, and hedges around, although the whole keeps a very natural aspect. For example, grass is only mowed a few times a year. There is also an orchard, berries, and various trees.
