[STOP_TRANSLATION]Le domaine Chavat a été créé au début du XXe siècle par un industriel bordelais passionné d'art et des jardins. De grands noms ont contribué à la réussite du domaine, tel que Le Corbusier, Bouhana, Marmisse ou Gazzeri. Situé en bord de Garonne, Chavat est aujourd'hui parc public, il est remarquable par sa grande variété végétale, son importante statuaire et son parcours d'eau. Jugé comme l'un des plus beaux parc d'Aquitaine, il a été classé Monument Historique en 2006 et labellisé « Jardin Remarquable » en 2012.
