Garden founder Jobst Anton von Hinüber was a freemason and master of the chair (chairman) of the "Loge Friedrich zum weißen Pferde", the oldest and largest lodge in Hanover. After two trips to England**,** he has created the garden as an English landscape park and hidden a variety of Masonic symbols in the garden, which we discover during the guided tour with the Masonic Lodge Hannover.
