The Jardin des Temps is an associative initiative led by the Association Marville Terres Communes, with the support of the municipality of Marville. It is one of the old gardens located within the walls of the ramparts, lined with dry stones, CLOSE to the mansions of the Grande Place and the former Saint-Bernard hospital. Created in 2023, it is of medieval and Renaissance inspiration. It includes a Garden of medicinal, tinctorial and magical plants, a Garden of the senses and a Vegetable Garden (under construction), an orchard and its «pre-flori», and a «shed» (small historical building that testifies to the age of this garden). The Jardin des Courtines, is a beautiful garden of the eighteenth-nineteenth centuries restored by its owner, Mr. Michel Reinhard, originally created by the family Mouton (father) / Mouton de Villaret (son) and opened as part of the «Rendez-vous aux jardins» for some years already.
