Discover a 19th century village church and its surroundings
Commented visit of the parish church Saint-Pierre, exterior and interior (interior subject - administrative closure in progress). The building, dating from the first half of the 19th century, has a “comb” style bell tower-wall, rebuilt in 1851. Three bells are housed there, the oldest dating from 1867 and classified as historical monuments since 1914. Rarely, two of them can ring in a rotating volley.
Inside: two large canvases from the early nineteenth century, a Way of the Cross, two chapels, tribune, beautiful woodwork of choir...
From the church: a short walk of less than 2 hours (free) is proposed, on the «Boucle des neuf sheep». This tour allows you to discover the exterior of two other village churches: Issus and Pouze.
