The kitchen revisited

By cooking and decorating seasonal vegetables in an original way, Béatrice revisits the repertoire of flavors to question delicate palates. The CIVAM farmers' markets appeared in 2001 with a simple idea: markets where consumers would only find farm products! The farmers' markets of CIVAM defend peasant know-how, local farm productions and moments of sharing with consumers. At a time when our lifestyles lead us to reduce food to its merely utilitarian role and junk food imposes new standards in terms of tastes and culinary modes, this workshop allows us to dwell on the richness of taste of the foods that surround us and to which we sometimes turn our backs for lack of knowing them really.
