From an old brewery to a warm cultural place The house Folie Moulins is a multidisciplinary cultural equipment of the City of Lille, born on the occasion of Lille 2004 – European Capital of Culture. Nestled in the heart of the popular district of Moulins, it is housed in the buildings of an old brewery built in the 19th century. In order to rehabilitate and enhance this architectural heritage, the City of Lille called upon the architects Baron and Louguet.
