Children of the fourth generation, the sons of Marie-Pierre and Michel continue the path of the family business; César runs the starred restaurant, Le Bois sans Feuilles, and Leo is at the head of one of the two other Troisgros restaurants: La Colline du Colombier. From the daily market to the cheese-ripening cellars, via the vineyard, the cattle breeding and the vegetable garden adjoining the restaurant, Menus -Plaisirs is an intimate and sensory journey through the kitchens of one of the most prestigious restaurants in the world.
