Birthplace of the city, in the heart of the Saint-Acheul district, this site gives you the opportunity to play archaeologists alone or with your family! A brick quarry in the 19th century, this exploitation allowed the discovery of carved flint from the eponymous period of the Acheuléen and the understanding of the digging of the Somme valley.
