Was wäre, wenn ein Bahnhof noch nie einen einzigen Zug gesehen hätte?
Um die Wende zum 20. Jahrhundert stellt sich der visionäre Direktor und zentralistische Ingenieur Camille Miret ein ehrgeiziges Projekt vor: den Bau einer modernen Straßenbahnlinie, um das Asyl von Leyme freizumachen und es für Wanderer auf dem Weg nach Rocamadour und Padirac zugänglich zu machen.
Die Pläne werden erstellt, der Generalrat genehmigt das Projekt und der Bahnhof beginnt sogar zu entstehen. Dennoch wird kein Zug dort halten und kein Reisender wird jemals sein Ticket in Leyme abstellen...

What if a railway station had never seen a single train pass by?
At the turn of the 20th century, Camille Miret, a visionary director and Central engineer, imagined an ambitious project: to build a modern tramway line to open up the Leyme asylum and make it accessible to excursionists on their way to Rocamadour and Padirac.
The plans are drawn, the General Council approves the project and the station even begins to emerge from the ground. However, no train will stop there and no traveler will ever post his ticket in Leyme...

E se una stazione ferroviaria non avesse mai visto passare un solo treno?
All'inizio del XX secolo, Camille Miret, direttore visionario e ingegnere centrista, immagina un progetto ambizioso: costruire una linea tranviaria moderna per sbloccare l'asilo di Leyme e renderlo accessibile agli escursionisti in viaggio verso Rocamadour e Padirac.
I piani sono stati disegnati, il Consiglio generale ha approvato il progetto e la stazione ha persino iniziato a decollare. Tuttavia, nessun treno si fermerà lì e nessun viaggiatore composerà mai il suo biglietto a Leyme...

Au tournant du XXe siècle, Camille Miret, directeur visionnaire et ingénieur centralien, imagine un projet ambitieux : construire une ligne de tramway moderne pour désenclaver l’asile de Leyme et le rendre accessible aux excursionnistes en route vers Rocamadour et Padirac.
Les plans sont dessinés, le Conseil général valide le projet et la gare commence même à sortir de terre. Pourtant, aucun train ne s’y arrêtera et aucun voyageur ne compostera jamais son billet à Leyme…

A principios del siglo XX, Camille Miret, director visionario e ingeniero centralista, imagina un proyecto ambicioso: construir una línea de tranvía moderna para desatascar el manicomio de Leyme y hacerlo accesible a los excursionistas en ruta hacia Rocamadour y Padirac.
Los planos están dibujados, el Consejo General aprueba el proyecto y la estación incluso comienza a salir de tierra. Sin embargo, ningún tren se detendrá allí y ningún viajero compostará nunca su billete en Leyme...
