Visit of the Vieljeux Hotel
Follow the guide and follow in the footsteps of the shipowner Léonce Vieljeux by visiting his home and discovering part of the history of Rochelais.
During this guided tour, you will take corridors and lounges of this beautiful mansion where the former mayor and resistant of La Rochelle lived with his family. Built in 1902 this house was witness to the backstage of the Charente-maritime power, it even housed in its time the offices of the President of the Departmental Council (General Council at the time) before the installation of the State services that work there today.
