In connection with two other institutions in Nancy, the Bibliothèque Stanislas (antique cameo from the reliquary arm of Saint-Nicolas-de-Port), and the departmental archives – Centre des mémoires Michel Dinet (the oldest act signed by Charlemagne), the cathedral of Nancy is part of a stroll through the city, connecting the three places to discover the treasures preserved in the ducal city and very little known to the public.
In this case, the cathedral will open the doors of the treasure to expose and comment the pieces of goldsmith and ivory of the treasure of saint gauzelin (10th century). Three tours are offered to students at 14, 15h and 16h.

The master(teacher) altar of polychrome marble is of 1763, stalls were drawn by German Boffrand.
