This chapel is located in the hamlet of Vaunières, 6km from St Julien-en-Beauchêne. This place welcomes groups of young people staying or in international projects. The Chartreux de Durbon cleared the plateau to make it a small hermitage facing south. They cultivated the land there. Gradually families took over the monks and settled there permanently.
