Saturday 16 September from 10am to 6pm: Free visit of the livery Ceccano
Come discover or rediscover the magnificent building that now houses the site downtown Avignon Libraries. Successively palace («delivered») of cardinals in the 14th century and college of the Jesuits from the 16th to the 18th century, it allows to admire painted ceilings and murals of the 14th century remarkably preserved.

The Ceccano Library, former cardinal’s livery, is a magnificent building that today houses the site downtown Avignon Libraries. Successively palace («delivered») of cardinals in the fourteenth century then college of the Jesuits from the sixteenth to the eighteenth century, it allows to admire painted ceilings and murals of the fourteenth century remarkably preserved.
