Medieval castle of the 13th and 15th centuries, listed as a Historical Monument since 1921\. An area of 9 hectares in the heart of the city. Walks, playgrounds, sports course, refreshment in summer, picnic tables. Rooms accessible during guided tours. The castle is open from 2 May to 30 September from Tuesday to Saturday from 10 am to 12 pm and from 2.30 pm to 6.30 pm. Sunday afternoon from 2.30pm to 6.30pm. From October to April, the castle is open every afternoon from 3pm to 5pm except Fridays. Closed on 1 May and from 20 December to 3 January inclusive. Price: 4 euros, reduced price 2 euros. Free for children under 12 and people with reduced mobility. At the top of Pic Chabaud, the Golden Virgin watches over the town. The garden of the castle is free access all year round (except temporary restrictions in summer).
