On the occasion of the European Heritage Days 2023, living heritage is in the spotlight! What better idea than spending the day in the heart of the Aïoli Caganis farm? We invite you alongside Fanny and Christophe farmers, for a collection and cooking activity on the farm. Live a unique and unforgettable experience!
Follow Christophe to learn tillage techniques in the garden. On the menu: pumpkins, squash and pumpkins. Zucchini, cucumbers and melons. Here, nature decides! The particularity? You are in an agroecological farm where planting seedlings and picking the day is done in harmony with the wild fauna. Don’t be surprised if you come across lizards, bees and butterflies.
Once your basket is full, head to the farm kitchen alongside Julien, chef. A simple and tasty cuisine! From starter to dessert, compose your plate with autumn flavors and settle in the park for a friendly lunch. What satisfaction to eat what we picked up that morning.
After a visit to the farm shop (we advise you to taste the brugnons as crunchy as sweet, a delight!), end the day with a fun walk. As the day is dedicated to living heritage, it is here that you will meet the other inhabitants: snakes, frogs and bats live in harmony.
