For the 40th edition of the European Heritage Days, on the theme of living heritage, the museum comes alive throughout this day to offer you the opportunity to visit the Grand Logis in a fun and musical way.
Come and enjoy musical interludes throughout the afternoon, played by the Compagnie Outre Mesure. At the invitation of the association Les Lyriades de la langue française, the company returns to Liré with a 2023 creation where music and poetry intertwine and invite you to a journey in an artistic Europe full of humanism and resonances. The songs cover many themes and styles in the form of dialogues and narratives. These pieces take us sometimes to great poetry, burlesque, grave, light making us inevitably dream.
The Compagnie Outre Mesure - musical and choreographic direction Robin Joly - receives support from the Vendée County Council, the Pays de la Loire Regional Council and the Ministry of Culture - DRAC des Pays de la Loire.
Also, an introduction to Renaissance calligraphy animated by the museum will allow you to familiarize yourself with the art of beautiful writing with goose pen and ink.
Finally you can have fun discovering or rediscovering the games of the past arranged in all the visiting rooms to punctuate your visit with playful moments.
