Diese neue Ausgabe der Europäischen Tage des Kulturerbes würdigt das lebendige Erbe. Die Vereinigung der "Bewohner des Radious House (AHMR) von Rezé" trägt ein Projekt in Verbindung mit dem lebenden Erbe. Ein historisches Denkmal zu bewohnen ist im Alltag nicht so einfach! Auch Innen- und Außenbesuche sind von 10 bis 12 Uhr und von 13.30 bis 17 Uhr möglich.
Für das Innere des Gebäudes müssen Tickets direkt vor Ort abgeholt werden, um den Zugang zu den Straßen stufenweise zu erleichtern und zu regeln. Die Bewohner öffnen ihre Türen, um den Besuchern die Einrichtung der Wohnungen zu zeigen, darunter das Standardmodell T4. Bei dieser Gelegenheit wird der Zugang zur Dachterrasse für einen Großteil der Besucher möglich sein, aber auch geheime Besuche in lebenden Teilen des Gebäudes, die normalerweise von Besuchern versteckt sind.
Im Freien entdecken Sie einen Rundgang mit Ausstellungsfotos, die die Geschichte des Denkmals sowie thematische Routen verfolgen. Die Wiederverwendung wird ihren Platz mit der Präsentation auf der Strecke in der Mitte des Parks unserer Clubs "tritou", "frip" und "Bibliothek" haben, die in einem kurzen Rundgang innerhalb der Wohneinheit tätig sind. Es werden auch Touren zu festen Zeiten angeboten, um den Park in Verbindung mit dem laufenden Sanierungsprojekt zu entdecken, insbesondere für die Erneuerung der Bäume unseres Parks.

This new edition of the European Heritage Days sees living heritage in the spotlight. The association of the "inhabitants of the Maison Radieuse (AHMR) of Rezé" carries a project related to the living heritage. Living in a historical monument is not so obvious on a daily basis! Also, visits will be possible inside and outside from 10am to 12pm and from 13h30 to 17h.
For the interior of the building, tickets will be collected directly on site to facilitate and regulate access to the streets in a staggered manner. The inhabitants open their doors to introduce visitors to the layout of the apartments, including the standard model T4. On this occasion, access to the roof terrace will be possible for most visitors but also secret visits to living parts of the building usually hidden from visitors.
Outside, you will discover a route with exhibition photos retracing the history of the monument as well as thematic routes. The reuse will have its place with the presentation on the track in the middle of the park of our clubs "tritou", "frip" and "library", engaged in a short circuit approach within the housing unit. Visits at fixed times will also be proposed for a discovery accompanied by the park, in connection with the current redevelopment project, especially for the renewal of the trees of our park.

Questa nuova edizione delle Giornate europee del patrimonio vede il patrimonio vivente sotto i riflettori. L'associazione degli "abitanti della Maison Radieuse (AHMR) di Rezé" porta avanti un progetto legato al patrimonio vivente. Abitare un monumento storico non è così evidente nel quotidiano! Inoltre, saranno possibili visite interne ed esterne dalle 10 alle 12 e dalle 13.30 alle 17.
Per l'interno dell'edificio, i biglietti saranno ritirati direttamente sul posto per facilitare e regolare gli accessi nelle strade in modo graduale. Gli abitanti aprono le loro porte per far scoprire ai visitatori il layout degli appartamenti, tra cui il modello standard T4. In questa occasione, l'accesso alla terrazza sul tetto sarà possibile per la maggior parte dei visitatori ma anche visite segrete a parti viventi dell'edificio solitamente nascoste dai visitieur.euse.s.
All'esterno, scoprirete un percorso con foto espositive che ripercorrono la storia del monumento e percorsi tematici. Il riutilizzo avrà il suo posto con la presentazione in pista al centro del parco dei nostri club "tritou", "Frip" e "biblioteca", impegnati in un percorso a circuito corto all'interno dell'unità abitativa. Vi saranno proposte anche visite a orario fisso per una scoperta accompagnata dal parco, in connessione con il progetto di riqualificazione in corso, in particolare per il rinnovo degli alberi del nostro parco.

Cette nouvelle édition des journées européennes du patrimoine voit le patrimoine vivant à l'honneur. L'association des "habitants de la Maison Radieuse (AHMR) de Rezé" porte un projet en lien avec le patrimoine vivant. Habiter un monument historique n'est pas si évident au quotidien! Aussi, des visites seront possibles en intérieur et en extérieur de 10h à 12h et de 13h30 à 17h.
Pour l'intérieur du bâtiment, des tickets seront à retirer directement sur place pour faciliter et réguler les accès dans les rues de manière échelonnée. Les habitants ouvrent leurs portes pour faire découvrir aux visiteurs l'aménagement des appartements, dont le modèle standard le T4. A cette occasion, l'accès au toit-terrasse sera possible pour une majeure partie des visiteurs mais aussi des visites secrètes dans des parties vivantes de l'immeuble habituellement cachées des visitieur.euse.s.
A l'extérieur, vous découvrirez un parcours avec des photos d'exposition retraçant l'histoire du monument ainsi que des parcours thématiques. Le réemploi aura sa place avec la présentation sur la piste au milieu du parc de nos clubs "tritou", "frip" et "bibliothèque", engagés dans une démarche de circuit court au sein de l'unité d'habitation. Des visites à heure fixe vous seront également proposées pour une découverte accompagnée du parc, en lien avec le projet de réaménagement en cours, notamment pour le renouvellement des arbres de notre parc.

Esta nueva edición de las Jornadas Europeas del Patrimonio celebra el patrimonio vivo. La asociación de los "habitantes de la Casa Radiante (AHMR) de Rezé" lleva un proyecto relacionado con el patrimonio vivo. ¡Vivir en un monumento histórico no es tan obvio a diario! También, las visitas serán posibles dentro y fuera de 10h a 12h y de 13h30 a 17h.
Para el interior del edificio, se deberán retirar billetes directamente en el lugar para facilitar y regular el acceso a las calles de forma escalonada. Los habitantes abren sus puertas para hacer descubrir a los visitantes el acondicionamiento de los apartamentos, cuyo modelo estándar es el T4. En esta ocasión, el acceso a la terraza de la azotea será posible para la mayoría de los visitantes, pero también visitas secretas a las partes vivas del edificio generalmente ocultas de los visitantes.
En el exterior, descubrirá un recorrido con fotos de exposición que describen la historia del monumento, así como recorridos temáticos. La reutilización tendrá su lugar con la presentación en la pista en medio del parque de nuestros clubes "tritou", "Frip" y "biblioteca", comprometidos en un proceso de circuito corto dentro de la unidad de vivienda. También se ofrecerán visitas a tiempo fijo para un descubrimiento acompañado del parque, en relación con el proyecto de remodelación en curso, especialmente para la renovación de los árboles de nuestro parque.
