This year, the St Laurent sur Sèvre railway depot is open to the public during the European Heritage Days.
Visitors can admire an impressive collection of locomotives and wagons, as well as period tools and equipment. There are also activities adapted for the youngest, to make them discover the world of trains in a fun and educational way.
During the weekend, it will be possible to see many moving machines, including a steam locomotive from 1945.
Our teams of volunteers will introduce you to the depot and the various actions we take throughout the year to preserve the railway heritage.
Shuttle buses from Mortagne sur Sèvre to Saint Laurent sur Sèvre will be available. (2€/person from 3 years old & only on reservation on our site )
