Elusa, the ancient capital, constitutes a unique Gallo-Roman ensemble composed of three sites. The three sites, complementary, offer a new and original panorama of Romanity. 1- The Archaeological Museum/ the Treasure of Eauze benefits, on three levels of exposure, of optimal conditions of presentation thanks to a modern museography; a temporary exhibition room completes this device. In the basement, the building houses the famous Gallo-Roman monetary treasury from the 3rd century AD, presented with the related cassette of precious objects. The objects and documents of the other rooms evoke the life of the inhabitants of Elusa, the ancient city of Eauze, then capital of the Roman province of Novempopulania. 2- The Domus de Cieutat and its interpretation center are designed to learn while having fun, in a space offering a playful and interactive tour. 3- The Villa de Séviac, luxurious country residence, presents 625 m2 of antique mosaic, the largest ensemble in France.
