In 2022, cartoonist Laurent Lolmede was welcomed in the heart of the Saint-Vincent recyclerie in Villeneuve-sur-Lot.

In 2022, designer Laurent Lolmede was welcomed at the heart of the Saint-Vincent recycling plant in Villeneuve-sur-Lot.
He observed this universe that combines the collection and resale of used objects, social and professional reintegration programs. Like a dive into an unknown and often discredited environment, Lolmede has crunched a world of objects and people on the way to a «second life».
«Lolmede/ Un tour à la recyclerie» was realized as part of a program benefiting from a «creation aid in residence»
2022” supported by ALCA Nouvelle-Aquitaine. Its presentation and circulation in the network of media libraries of Lot-et-Garonne is accompanied by mediation programs, an eponymous publication published in partnership with ALCA Nouvelle-Aquitaine and the departmental council of Lot-et-Garonne.

Since 1991, Pollen has welcomed in Lot-et-Garonne artists of all nationalities to allow them to carry out a specific project or pursue a personal research. A platform for experimentation, Pollen is defined as a place conducive to the accomplishment and deepening of a work.
In addition to the official networks, the artists establish a privileged relationship with the bastide of Monflanquin and nourish their stay of exchanges with the territory and the population.
The confrontation with this reality is enriched by contacts with other artists, the public, schoolchildren, cultural operators and external stakeholders who help to solicit the response capacity of artists, their ability to imagine, to expose themselves.
