The Lake rowing base is one of the structuring elements of the urban project designed in the late 1960s to provide the Bordeaux agglomeration with a space for sports and recreation.
Come and discover its characteristic building of the brutalist architecture of the 1960s and its unique heritage of competition and hiking boats. From classic wooden hulls to the most modern regatta boats, a living and always used heritage.
From its roof terrace, you will access an exceptional view of the lake and its constantly evolving urbanization.

The Lac rowing base is one of the structuring elements of the urban project designed in the late 1960s to provide the Bordeaux agglomeration with a space for sports and leisure. It was designed by architect Xavier Arsène Henry in a Brutalist style in 1969.
