Faithful to the cosmopolitan vocation of the "student-city" where it has taken root, the Théâtre de la Cité Internationale, a place of immense importance indispensable to culture, tries, each year, to open its three halls wide to seek here and everywhere, elsewhere and elsewhere, theatre, dance, music, performance, circus, the world we need. WHO? The artist, always, is at the heart of the project, performing artist, rehearsal artist, artist-in-residence, artist as mediator of his work. The public is its partner, the public in its confrontation, its learning, its encounter with the work, with the artist, possibly in its co-construction of the work. Each year, the artists invent with the public, numerous awareness actions, around three axes: unifying projects (echoing the programming) with the artists in residence. WHAT?
