Let yourself be guided by the sound of flowing water, the rhythm of the gears, the chirps of birds, the wind in the branches, the water whip on the bucket wheel… you are there: welcome to the Russon mill! As part of the European Heritage Days, our guide will make you discover or rediscover this exceptional historical site nestled in the valley of the Brush in Bussy-Saint-Georges, in Seine-et-Marne.

Built at the end of the XVIIth century, successively mill with water, industrial building, then particular(special) house of a doctor, the mill Russon was acquired(bought back) by the conurbation of Marne-et-Gondoire which entirely restored it. He joins the conservation area of the Brush and of Gondoire and he benefited from an environmental insertion revalorizing its park. He(It) is decorated with an ecological and pedagogic garden.
