More than 3 km of galleries dug(accentuated) in the tufa! Discover, in the course of visit, activities which developed in cellars in the course of the centuries: extraction of the tufa, breeding of the worm with silk and culture of mushrooms. Leave surprise you by the legend of saint Roch which gave its name to our cellars and bare step by step secrets of the development of wines in traditional method(course book). Come learn to taste(savour) wines with our workshops(studios) of introductions in oenology: learn to use(get) your papillae, your eyes and your nose to appreciate(estimate) the different aspects of the wine. Finally, do not fail to discover our range of local wines, red in whites, via(including) our traditional sparkling wines.
