Some components of the mill have been made in other hydraulic plants. Flour production is currently not in operation, but is being restored.

The Vasrole Mill operates under the reign of Louis XIV. Modernised over time, it is the image of the late nineteenth century that it has preserved. The commented visit describes the operation of the mill at that time following the clues left in the architecture.
