Église Saint-Antoine
Place de la Mairie, 37260 Thilouze
- Indre-et-Loire
- Centre-Val de Loire
The church of Saint-Antoine, whose origins date back to the 9th or 10th century, rises in the center of the village, near the town hall, the stream and 2 wash houses. The nave rebuilt in the 12th century is lined with a collateral of the 16th century. The octagonal bell tower of 1164, listed as a historical monument, is surmounted by an octagonal spire in Sireuil stone. A set of 12 stained glass windows produced by the Lobin workshop in Tours and dated 1870, 1871 and 1872 illuminates the building.
