The mill of Restaudran, located in the commune of Cleguer is in activity since 1640 Arnaud Dréan perpetuates the 7th generation of miller since 1790 The mill has gone through the centuries still remaining artisanal and family. First stone grinding mill, driven by a wheel at dawn by the Holy Saviour (tributary of the Scorff). it underwent several transformations before becoming a flour mill. The main cereals used are wheat, rye and buckwheat.
