Guided tour: career of Eurre & ornithological observatory
The Eurre quarry is an "alluvial" type site equipped with machinery and facilities for the crushing of raw materials. The peculiarity of this industrial site lies in the fact that it is integrated into the Nature Reserve of Ramières du Val de Drôme. Nearby, the bird observatory was created on an area formerly exploited by the quarry, following a redevelopment project conducted in consultation with stakeholders.
On Saturday, September 16 from 9am to 5pm, we invite you to discover the industrial site, its machinery and facilities, also with workshops for children, including workshop sieve. In parallel, the team of animators nature & biodiversity of the Community of Communes offers you a discovery of the ornithological observatory F. Seyvet. This guided tour, which you will start in a carriage and then on foot, will lead you from the beaver trail, rich in biodiversity, to the observatory. Note: the guided tours by the nature & biodiversity animators of the Community of Communes are at fixed time: 9:30, 11:00, 14:00 and 15:30.
