Hydraulic mill at the heart of Die who worked of the XIXth century until 1990\. All machines of production of walnut oil, of flour, old(former) sawmill and hydraulic mechanism were kept(preserved)! The waterwheel was activated by the channel(canal) of Fondeaux (XVIÈ century).
