Die im 19. Jahrhundert gegründete Werkstatt ist von großem historischen Interesse, da sie die letzte Familienweberei des Croix-Rousse ist. Seine intakte Innenarchitektur ist repräsentativ für die Zehntausende von Familienwerkstätten, die das Croix Rousse im 19. Jahrhundert besetzten. Die 65 m² große Produktions- und Wohnfläche umfasst sowohl einen Familienbereich mit Küche und Untergeschoss (Schlafzimmer im Zwischengeschoss, über der Küche) als auch die Werkstatt mit Webstühlen und einer elektrischen Canetière. Soierie Vivant organisiert Webvorführungen an einer (manuellen) Handwebstuhl aus dem 19. Jahrhundert und an mechanischen (elektrischen) Handwerken, die bis 1990 in der Produktion tätig waren. Sie können auch den Raum entdecken, der dem täglichen Leben der Canuts gewidmet ist.

Created in the 19th century, the workshop is of great historical interest because it is the last family weaving workshop of the Croix-Rousse. Its intact interior architecture is representative of that of the tens of thousands of family workshops that occupied the Croix Rousse in the 19th century. The 65 m² of this place of production and life include both a space dedicated to family life, with a kitchen and a sub-slope (mezzanine bedroom, located above the kitchen), and also the workshop, with its looms and an electric canvas. Soierie Vivante organizes weaving demonstrations on a (manual) arm loom of the 19th century and on mechanical (electrical) looms, having worked to make production until 1990. You can also discover the space dedicated to the daily life of canuts.

Creato nel XIX secolo, l'atelier presenta un grande interesse storico in quanto è l'ultimo laboratorio familiare di tessitura della Croix-Rousse. La sua architettura interna intatta è rappresentativa di quella della decina di migliaia di laboratori familiari che occupavano la Croix Rousse nel XIX secolo. I 65 m² di questo luogo di produzione e di vita comprendono sia uno spazio dedicato alla vita familiare, con una cucina e un seminterrato (camera da letto a soppalco, situata sopra la cucina), sia l'officina, con i suoi telai e un telaio elettrico. Soierie Vivante organizza dimostrazioni di tessitura su un mestiere a mano (manuale) del XIX secolo e sui mestieri meccanici (elettrici), che ha funzionato per fare produzione fino al 1990. Potrete anche scoprire lo spazio dedicato alla vita quotidiana dei canut.

Créé au 19ème siècle, l’atelier présente un grand intérêt historique car il est le dernier atelier familial de tissage de la Croix-Rousse.
Son architecture intérieure intacte est représentative de celle de la dizaine de milliers d’ateliers familiaux qui occupaient la Croix Rousse au 19ème siècle.
Les 65 m² de ce lieu de production et de vie comprennent à la fois un espace dédié à la vie de famille, avec une cuisine et une sous-pente (chambre à coucher en mezzanine, située au-dessus de la cuisine), et aussi l'atelier, avec ses métiers à tisser et une canetière électrique.
Soierie Vivante organise des démonstrations de tissage sur un métier à bras (manuel) du 19ème siècle et sur les métiers mécaniques (électriques), ayant fonctionné pour faire de la production jusqu’en 1990. Vous pourrez également découvrir l'espace dédié à la vie quotidienne des canuts.

Creado en el siglo XIX, el taller presenta un gran interés histórico ya que es el último taller familiar de tejido de la Croix-Rousse. Su arquitectura interior intacta es representativa de la de la decena de miles de talleres familiares que ocupaban la Croix Rousse en el siglo XIX. Los 65 m² de este lugar de producción y de vida comprenden a la vez un espacio dedicado a la vida de familia, con una cocina y una sub-pendiente (dormitorio en entresuelo, situado sobre la cocina), y también el taller, con sus telares y un canetero eléctrico. Soierie Vivante organiza demostraciones de tejido sobre un telar de brazo (manual) del siglo XIX y sobre los oficios mecánicos (eléctricos), habiendo funcionado para hacer producción hasta 1990. También podrá descubrir el espacio dedicado a la vida cotidiana de los cañones.
