Discovery of the museum’s new permanent exhibition with Anna Castagnoli, author and illustrator, and Loïc Boyer, graphic designer and research associate at the l'Intru laboratory. We invite you to better understand the secret codes of reading an illustrated book for children, a rich universe of styles. The visit will be followed by a book signing session of the catalogue published for the occasion.

Installed(Settled) in Mora's hotel, splendid mansion of the XVIIIth century, the museum of illustration youth, heritage of the General Council of the Allier, is a rare place in Europe entirely devoted to the illustration of the book youth. Through exhibitions(exposures), animations and permanent, play and didactic route(course), the visitor is invited to come discover the history(story) of illustration, techniques of creation, artists and original images which are a part of our collective memory.
