A Renaissance masterpiece in Provence, the Château de la Tour d'Aigues is located at the foot of the Luberon mountains. Its plans, inspired by the largest castles of Ile de France (Le Louvre, Ecouen, Anet) and the elegant proportions of its façades deserve attention. In the restored rooms, discover the earthenware of the Tour d'Aigues: partially preserved pavement of the French Renaissance, white or ornate earthenware from the factory of Baron Jean-Baptiste Jérôme de Bruny (owner of the castle in the Enlightenment century). Imagine the past splendour of this building as it walked through its courtyard…

His entrepreneurial spirit, his curiosity, his taste for applied research led him to try various experiments in the most varied fields: thus he created a pottery in a bastide next to the castle, some of whose productions are in the museum.
