A monument to the glory of the Roman Empire, the Arc is located at the northern entrance of the city on the Agrippa road, it evokes Roman victories on land and sea. First dedicated to the veterans of the second Gallic Legion, founder of the COLONIA FIRMA IULIA SECUNDANI ARAUSIO, then to the Emperor Tiberius, it is an exceptional testimony of Roman art in Provence. Inscribed on the UNESCO World Heritage List since 1981, its remarkable state of conservation and the quality of its high reliefs make it a must-see in Gallo-Roman Provence.
