All to the Archives! Discovery of the Departmental Archives of the Bouches-du-Rhône and their reserves usually closed to the public.
On the occasion of the European Heritage Days, the Departmental Archives of the Bouches-du-Rhône exceptionally open their backstage to the public. Come and discover this place of memory and the heritage treasures it contains: guided tours of the reserves, exhibition of documents (including some prestigious documents from the chest), presentation of restored documents, initiation to research in archives.
Public guided tours of 1:15 a.m., depart every hour (10:00 a.m., 11:00 a.m., 12:00 p.m., 1:00 p.m., 2:00 p.m., 3:00 p.m., 4:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m.), last admission at 5:00 p.m., Saturday and Sunday.
Workshop discovery of an archive with Olivier Gorse, archivist, in the reading room (for the adult public, children from 12 years old admitted).
Saturday and Sunday at 11:00 and 3:00.
Demonstration of binding by the workshop "Open Book", in the reading room.
Saturday only from 10 am to 6 pm.
