The manor, listed in the Supplementary Inventory of Historical Monuments (ISMH) in 1974 for its facades and roof, built in the 14th and 15th centuries. The assumed enclosure/defensive door, of an annex building, has just been dated 1498-1502. This fifteenth century building, as well as another dating back to the eighteenth century, were also inscribed ISMH in 2020.
The manor house is a historic defensive point of Durtal Castle.
