The Centre de Conservation des Collections du Muséum de Bordeaux – sciences et nature is a place dedicated to the preventive conservation of natural history collections and a powerful tool for their management. It allows the conservation and study of these collections in optimal conditions, as well as the preparation of specimens for permanent exhibitions.

The Centre of Preservation of the Collections of the Natural history museum of Bordeaux is operational since June, 2011, this equipment is a tool for preservation and management of collections. They can be studied so there in optimum conditions, and prepared for permanent or temporary presentations(displays).
