Granite house of the beginning of the XIXth century, with addition of a tower neo-troubadour of the beginning of the XXth century decorated with a park. Conceived(Designed) from 1820 as a "agricultural and environmental park" like the parks of the count de Choulot, his(her,its) originality domiciles(resides) between others in his(her,its) totally urban environment, located at the heart of the market town of Neuvic. Of a 6,25 hectare surface, its attractivité comes from its very undulating relief which allows to discover during 2,5 km of paths of landscapes, very various points of view and prospects(perspectives). Numerous indigenous remarkable trees and 200-year-old Americans about are also one of attractions of the site. More recently very numerous Asiatic vegetables were introduced, carrying to 350 the number of sorts(species) or varieties. The presence of a room(part,play) of water livened up(led) by animals, fishes, ducks, tortoise, swan, lined with shrubs and with many enduring plants give a very particular(special) charm to this part(party) of the park. Rehabilitated by 2007 untill today, factories and vegetated arrangements(developments) allow to the visitors to make new discoveries throughout the route(course) up to the neo-Romance chapel and to the garden closed by priest of 350m2.
