Église Saint-Pardoux
Le bourg, 19800 Gimel-les-Cascades
- Corrèze
- Nouvelle-Aquitaine
The parish church was rebuilt at the end of the 15th century. It houses, among other things, a 12th century reliquary in enamel of Limoges dedicated to Saint-Etienne, martyr, of which it contains relics, a bust-reliquary of Saint Dumine (15th century) in silver. The woodwork of the 18th century choir, restored in 2007/2008, conceals wall paintings, discovered in 1997 and restored in 2006\. They represent the Annunciation and the Holy Trinity.
