Der Hafen und die Stadt sind eng miteinander verbunden, die Atemzüge des einen ziehen die des anderen mit sich. Diese Beziehung war schon immer leidenschaftlich und spannend. Der Hafen hat einen Platz in der Stadt geschaffen, indem er sich allmählich zurückzog, aber es gibt immer noch Bauelemente, die von dieser vergangenen, gegenwärtigen und zukünftigen Geschichte zeugen. Das 106 ist ein sehr schönes Beispiel für die Sanierung des Hafenerbes, und das gesamte linke «städtische» Ufer spiegelt den Hafen auf seine Weise wider. Die renommierten Architekten, die an dieser Stadt-Hafen-Schnittstelle gearbeitet haben und arbeiten, zollen ihr Tribut, indem sie das Hafenerbe dauerhaft in unserer Landschaft verankern.

Il Porto e la Città sono intimamente legati, i respiri di uno trascinano quelli dell'altro. Questa relazione è da sempre appassionata ed emozionante. Il Porto ha fatto posto alla Città ritirandosi progressivamente, ma elementi costruiti continuano a testimoniare questa Storia passata, presente e futura. Il 106 è un ottimo esempio di ripristino del patrimonio portuale e l'insieme della riva sinistra «urbana» fa eco al Porto a modo suo. Gli architetti di fama che hanno lavorato e stanno lavorando su questa interfaccia città-porto rendono omaggio a lui ancorando durevolmente il patrimonio portuale nel nostro paesaggio.

Le Port et la Ville sont intimement liés, les respirations de l’un entraînant celles de l’autre. Cette relation est depuis toujours passionnée et passionnante. Le Port a fait une place à la Ville en se retirant progressivement, mais des éléments bâtis continuent de témoigner de cette Histoire passée, présente et future. Le 106 est un très bel exemple de réhabilitation du patrimoine portuaire et l’ensemble de la rive gauche « urbaine » fait écho au Port à sa façon. Les architectes de renom qui ont œuvré et œuvrent sur cet interface ville-port lui rendent hommage en ancrant durablement le patrimoine portuaire dans notre paysage.

El Puerto y la Ciudad están íntimamente unidos, las respiraciones de uno arrastran las del otro. Esta relación siempre ha sido apasionada y emocionante. El Puerto ha hecho sitio a la Ciudad retirándose progresivamente, pero elementos edificados siguen dando testimonio de esta Historia pasada, presente y futura. El 106 es un muy buen ejemplo de rehabilitación del patrimonio portuario y el conjunto de la orilla izquierda «urbana» se hace eco del Puerto a su manera. Los arquitectos de renombre que han trabajado y trabajan en esta interfaz ciudad-puerto le rinden homenaje anclando de forma duradera el patrimonio portuario en nuestro paisaje.
