L'Auberge de l'œuf dur ou il était une fois Montmartre à la campagne... In January 1912, Julien Callé bought a house at the Brise-Brêche place in Saint-Cyr-sur-Morin to found the Auberge de l'Œuf dur et de l'amour, du commerce et du Venezuela réunis. The red-tinted walls, the doors and windows painted green, the sign placed on the facade are reminiscent of the famous Montmartre cabaret «Le lapin agile».
